Is your initial two-year, three-year, five-year, or ten-year interest rate coming to an end or have you already transferred onto your current lenders standard variable rate? Perhaps you have been offered a product transfer from your lender and you want to see if there are any better options. We will help you to look at your options and determine whether you should move to a new lender or stay with your current lender.

Even if your circumstances have changed it is important to look at your options when your initial rate ends as you could be on a high interest rate that is costing you more than it should.

Maybe you would like to look at additional borrowing for home improvements or debt consolidation, we will assess affordability for you and advise whether you would be able to borrow anymore with your current lender or move lender to secure the extra money and look to get the best interest rate available to you at the same time.

Warning: Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage- This will be taken into account as part of your review.

Investment properties have different lender requirements. Your income will be assessed differently so we will help you understand the income cover ratio needed to satisfy the lender and find you the best rates for your loan and personal circumstances.

We will advise you on the most appropriate lender, submit the application and liaise with them through to completion, keeping you updated on the progress.

We also have good connections with tax advisers and accountants who can help you understand tax liabilities and accounting procedures for owning such investments.
